Computer Tech Pricing Details

In addition to our proactive Managed Care Plans (monthly plans), we offer pay as you go support.

No Support Account Required!

Whether we come to you or you drop off your computer with us, you do not have to open a support account.

Client Support Account Benefits: It's FREE! Cancel anytime.

Open a support account and get special discounts! Support account clients are eligible for discounted prepaid service hours (available in our online store), discounted remote tech work, and other discounts offered throughout the year. Essentially, this is our version of a discount loyalty program.

Support Account Benefits:

  • Eligible for discounted prepaid hours.
  • 10% in-shop labor discount on any system dropped off.
  • Off-Site Computer Repair/Tech Service Rate: $99/hour
  • Exclusive discounts offered throughout the year.

Business Clients Benefits:

  • Net 30 Terms available for business clients.
  • Free setup of web presence (back links) on our community.

Pricing

Same as Hourly Pricing plus:

  • Pick up computer: $25 (must be within 30 minutes travel time, 15 minutes each way)
  • Computer Evaluation: Free (when you drop off your computer at the office, minimum 1 hr charge for onsite)
  • Business Evaluation: Free (we come to your business and consult on your next technological steps.

Service Type Definitions:

Regular Tech Service

  • Technician must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
  • No extra charge for same day service if a Technician is available.
  • Available weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding holidays.
  • Support charges accrued in 15 minute increments.
  • On-site service: Minimum 1 hour charge.

Prepaid Service

  • Purchase prepaid hours and use them anytime within a year.
  • Refer to our Prepaid Hours page for more information.

After Hours Tech Service

  • Technician must be scheduled a minimum of 3 business days in advance.
  • Available weekdays outside normal business hours, on weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 1 hour charge, additional charges accrued in 15 minute increments.

Emergency Tech Service

  • Technician required on-site with less than a 24-hour notice.
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 2-hour charge, additional charges accrued in 15 minute increments.

Travel Time

  • First 30 minutes free, weekdays between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, excluding holidays.
  • Minimum 30-minute charge for after hours, and emergencies.
  • Additional travel time charges will be accrued in 15 minute increments.

  • Storage and Backups - Drive mappings, user accessibility, and reliable backups.
     
  • Protection - Antivirus, antispyware, and antispam.
  • Recovery - Virus and spyware removal. A complete diagnostic and tune up of your computers.
     
  • Networking - Design and troubleshooting (WAN/LAN).
  • Cabling - Professional installation of CAT 5, CAT 5e, CAT 6, or CAT 6a.
  • Speed Upgrades - CAT 5 to gigabit CAT 6 upgrades.
     
  • Internet Connectivity - Dial Up, DSL, Cable, Satellite, Fiber, T1.
  • Remote Connectivity - Virtual private network (VPN).
  • Control - Internet/network security and parental Controls (hardware and software solutions).
  • Firewall Setup - Content filtering to keep hackers out.
  • Email Setup - Pop3 or Exchange Server.
  • Website Statistics - Print or email your website statistics monthly.
     
  • Design and Planning - Network designs, backup strategies, disaster recovery, etc.
  • Disaster Recovery - Backup solutions and data restoration.
  • Office Moves - Smooth relocation of all your computers and seamlessly restore operations.
  • Procedure Authoring - Document procedures (backup, new computer, etc.).
